Shareholding

Shareholding is a form of direct capital investment in a limited liability company business partner.

Shareholding is carried out for a certain period (up to 10 years maximum). At the maturity of the participation, the shares in the business partner must be divested.

Benefits for Business Partners

The maximum duration of the participation term is 10 (ten) years.

The term can be extended twice, with a total extension period not exceeding 10 (ten) years altogether.
