This time, PNM sent Christian employees from Kupang and Flores, East Nusa Tenggara, on a Religious Tour to the Vatican and several destinations in Western Europe last Saturday (9/12).

"These young siblings from the PNM Mekaar Unit, who deal directly with our female customers on a daily basis, undoubtedly face challenges, especially considering their young age. However, they have proven to perform exceptionally well based on their achievements," said PNM's President Director, Arief Mulyadi, in a statement received on Wednesday (13/12). Providing a religious tour reward to the Vatican is part of PNM's commitment to acknowledge and appreciate the significant contributions of employees to the company's goals.

These employees also reflect the values of AKHLAK as BUMN Insan (State-Owned Enterprises People), which include being Amanah (trustworthy), Kompeten (competent), Harmonis (harmonious), Loyal, Adaptif (adaptive), and Kolaboratif (collaborative). Arief explained that realizing performance based on AKHLAK values in practical actions is often not as easy as it sounds.

"I am grateful to God and PNM for this opportunity, which I never imagined until now. The fieldwork is indeed challenging, but I always believe in perseverance, and I never expected to receive a reward like this," said Belbina Laura Wade, an Account Officer (AO) from Kupang who was one of the participants. The selected employees for this reward program are those who have demonstrated outstanding achievements and commitment, not only in their work but also in strengthening the company's values.

They will visit significant sites in the Vatican, including St. Peter's Basilica and the Vatican Museums, and participate in activities that deepen their understanding of religious history and culture. In the future, PNM hopes to continue creating a supportive and motivating work environment, and to demonstrate how the company values and celebrates the achievements of its employees.

"We have only sent a few employees so far, but this is a good start for them to become examples for their colleagues. In August of this year, PNM also sent its Muslim employees for Umrah, along with PNM's customers and families.
